New Jersey State Substitute Credential – (requirements below – the Substitute Credential is valid for 5 years)
1.  Official transcript showing a minimum of 60 semester hours credits completed in an accredited college
2.   Completion of Substitute Credential Application
3.  Completion of Oath of Allegiance
4.  Check or money order made out to Commissioner of Education in the amount of $125.00
5.  Completion of Fingerprinting Process
